5ft 9 7psl, at that height your taller or the same height as most women and your face is all you need. most girls dont mind dating someone only slightly taller than them or the same height as long as there good looking, i even know 5 ft 7 girl whos dating a 5ft 4 guy 6psl guy.
the only negative is you will probably get less respect from guys at that height

= 1/400

5'9 = 1/2 or top 50%
PSL 7 = probs 1/200. definitely not 1/10K imo.

Let's all remember 5'9 is average in Southern Europe, or not even one inch below average. So unless you live in Northern Europe it isn't such a bad height
