what should I do to make sure I can grow as much as possible by the end of next year??

be lean for as little Aromatization as possible, consume mostly animal nutrition thats the best way if you dont wanna hop on stuff

Funny how I'm also 17 and 187cm. I'm personally worried about my growth plates having closed, considering I haven't noticed height growth in a while and the plates can close around this time. I'm planning to go get an x-ray to check, you may want to do that too.

Otherwise, to make sure you grow optimally, just make sure you have no micronutrient deficiencies and you're always at a slight caloric surplus. Make sure you get enough sleep so your HGH levels aren't nuked.

You may think so, but if you were 187cm I think you would also want to grow taller. I am 187cm, and it could just be that I'm living in Sweden but my height isn't remarkable in any way. I want to be tall enough to be complimented for my height, and at least be the tallest in my class.
