Yo guys Im lowkey really nervous rn theres this guy named Chadlet maxxing on tiktok hes mad short but he says he got short by eating alot of processed junk, the thing is that Ive been eating alot of junk food and alot of processed food 2 years ago (im 14) Im around 5'10-5'11 right now, What do i do?? is there even anything I can do? thanks DO i quit junk food?
