Tell me whats up
Im currently 16 years old, already on a good diet, know most of the stuff about getting taller but genetically im short.
My height: 176
Mom’s height: 162
Dads height: 170
Although my grandpa (mothers dad) is 196 i dont know if that will have an effect on my height. Will prob get on ai and hgh ( and some other things if possible )

Ur like me, I haven’t grown in almost a year so I don’t know if my growth plates are closed or my puberty is ending. If they’re not closed I’ll hop on ai and hgh.
