Height is brutal, it is what controls your dominance, it is what decides if you can be loved or not, you as a male can't expect to be treated seriously if you are at LEAST under 5'6, being short would strip you from relationship, true love and success, so I come here to show the guide to fully maximise your height genetic limit naturally starting with the most important :
- sleep, sleep especially REM stage can help with HGH regulation and produce, it lowers cortisol, give time for your body to repair and get rest, it is a key for growth, you should aim for at least 7 hours of sleep and at max 9 hours of sleep, sticking to sleep at 9-10 pm and waking up between 6-8 am, HGH is mostly produced at sleep that is the main hormone that is responsible for both of your vertical and horizontal growth, you should keep blue light away for at least an hour before bed and you should sleep in a completely dark rooms for best quality sleep.
- Nutrition, nutrition is the second most important key for growth, without Nutrition your body wouldn't have the vitmans, minerals and proteins to repair and grow your bones, you need to stick to a schedule, I see many people saying that calcium helps your get taller and that bullshit, Calcium still can helps with your bone growth but it's mostly responsible for mass not length, you should eat healthy unprocessed food, natural, you should aim for 1.6g of protein per kg of bodyweight, so if your 50 kg you should aim to eat at least 80 g of protein daily, you need to get magnesium, Vitman D, you should still get enough calcium(at least 1,300 mg daily) so through all of this Nutrition would raise IGF-1 levels and get your liver to produce it more, IGF-1 is the responsible hormone for vertical growth, HGH is just completing it, you should also get Zinc, eat meat(goat, cow, chicken breasts) and drink milk, dairy of even kefir, and don't forget to keep yourself hydrated, do not exceed your nutritional limit per day as it would be a waste or even cause your harm stick with your needs and do not exceed your nutritional need
- activity, what I mean by activity is your body activity, there are multiple exercises shown to improve height growth and no I'm not going to talk about maasai jumps and that bullshit, first exercises is the grated exercises.. Sprinting, high volume sprinting(100m) can be beneficial for the body because your body respond to the stress and it would trigger the Pituitary gland to produce more HGH, this is a great exercise, second exercises would explosive squats, it is where you do a squat but instead of going up normally you would jump as high as you can, same with the sprinting it trigger the Pituitary gland to produce more HGH and I would suggest an form of explosive exercises, just remember never do it to failure do it near failure or end it even if you still have some left in you, doing it to failure might or will get your cortisol higher which would mess up everything.
- Genetics, sadly you won't exceed your genetic potential, if your parents, relatives, grandparents are short then you would be short forever, there is a small chance you might have a genetic mutation that might get you taller, but that is a small chance, and all of this wouldn't work for someone who have closed growth plates if you're 5'7 at 14 yo and have good genetics this naturally could get you to 6'0 or 5'11, depends on your genetics at end.
