Heightpill is the worst pill to swallow. Knowing your genetic makeup is weaker than others, and if your rich enough to do height surgery, your son will wonder why hes 5’5. Worst is if your dads tall and your moms short, your reminded every day of your dads poor reproductive choices knowing in some universe you could have been tall, i have a guy in my year, hes like 5’6 with shoes, i met his parents at a ceremony with the school, dads a white 6’4 chadlite moms like 4’10/4’11. Made me thankful for my parents even though their not that much better.

yea bro haha I took glucosamine for months, morning height without glucosamine is always 173cm for me (that’s like 5’8/5) and after a few hours i shrink 2cm or 2.5cm naturally, but with glucosamine even at night it’s always 173cm, my brother is the tallest in the family, he heightmaxxed with l arginine and l lysin + glucosamine during early puberty (lucky bastard) (he’s 178cm) while my parents are the shortest in the family.

glucosamine doesn’t make you grow btw, it just prevents shrinking of cartilage.

Take it before you go to sleep, it works immediately, doesn’t need time to build up in the body, and yea I’ve heard that shit too “muh it decreases igf 1” prob by like 1% and nothing affects your growth as long as your eating good and getting lots of proteins
