im 15 ,idk if my puberty started, im not showing any signs of puberty, im 5'4 its so brutal in freshman year being 5'4 im literally the shortest what is there to do

meat dairy and eggs can help reach your max potential but if your genetically predetermined to reach 5’6 you can’t be taller than 5’6. Mark this as solution

Probably a late bloomer I’d say. You can try microdosing aromasin if you just ldar or letrosole (both are oral pills not injections), or microdose hgh. Also eat +200kcal above your maintain.

i eat 2-3 eggs everyday/raw milk and eat cheese literally every single day.
