Im 5‘10 in the morning after waking up and i am 16,3 years old. My dad is like 5‘7 and my mom 5‘5. but my grandfather on my dad side was something like 6‘6, 6‘7. and the brothers of my mother and my cousins are like 5’11-6’1. I wanted to know what my height will be. I grew like 2-2,5 inches from 14-15 and like 1-1,5 inches from 15-16. but in the last months i almost didnt see any growth like <1cm (my diet and sleep is a little shit right now). My plan was to get a xray of my growth plates to see if they are slighlty open or already fully closed. If they are a bit open imma try to squeze the last inches out of it with hgh and ai. I hope to get to like 6 foot barefoot so with shoes i am like 6‘1.

Tenho 1,78m de altura ao acordar e tenho 16 anos e 3 meses. Meu pai tem cerca de 1,70m e minha mãe 1,65m. Mas meu avô paterno tinha algo em torno de 1,98m ou 2,01m. E os irmãos da minha mãe e meus primos têm entre 1,80m e 1,85m. Gostaria de saber qual será minha altura final. Cresci cerca de 5 a 6,5cm dos 14 aos 15 anos e de 2,5 a 4cm dos 15 aos 16 anos. Mas nos últimos meses quase não vi crescimento, menos de 1cm (minha alimentação e sono estão um pouco ruins ultimamente). Meu plano é fazer um raio-x das minhas placas de crescimento para ver se estão ligeiramente abertas ou já totalmente fechadas. Se estiverem um pouco abertas, vou tentar extrair os últimos centímetros com HGH e inibidores de aromatase. Espero chegar a 1,83m descalço, então com sapatos devo ter cerca de 1,85m.
With 5'10” at 16, you are already well within (and even above) what is expected by your genetics. Due to the pace of growth, the big stretch has already passed, the most likely now is to gain 0–3 cm, and this is not even guaranteed.

X-ray of plaques helps to know the situation, but HGH and aromatase inhibitors without medical indication are high risk for small or no gain. If you want to extract as much as possible, focus on what really works: sleep, food and health. The rest is to accept the biological limit.
