i take vitamin d3+k2, zinc, omega 3 and calcium.
is all that cope or does it really make a difference in height and bonemass?

yeah yeah keep going also put in some maasai jump and drink raw milk to boost your height :love::love:

just pray everyday
it has helped me reach 5’9.5 with an expected height of 5’8
and i’m still growing
just pray and cry yourself to sleep everyday
also avoid going out or having relationships
thats what gave me the inch and a half i got

All cope.

Solo zinc is the biggest cope as well. D3+K2 supplementation leads to artery calcification. Omega 3 is toxic. :FeelsKinkyMan:
