im lowk a manlet at 16 ive maxxed everything out besides height i swear all i need is height what are some
non cope ways to grow besides hgh becuase i already ordered some but is there any non cope ways to grow taller????

save 150k usd and get limb lengthening, anything else is cope

except that u could add an Aromatase inhibitor or glucosamine to keep ur morning height

If he's 170cm in the evening, would being a centimeter taller really change anything

unfortunately height is a trait mostly gatekept by genetics. dont understand the development argument and dont believe that puberty has too much too do with height potential. i was fed grainslop and had terrible hormones throughout development and still am 189cm. height is one of those things where it’s likely you will need to just buckle down and save for limb lengthening. also, buy lifts/taller shoes if you haven’t already.

Everyday 3x20 masai jumps and drink processd milk aswell preferly 3 liters everyday and bone smash your heels to grow atleast 5 cm down there and bone smash your spine legs and neck if you do all this you estemaited to grow abt 20cm in 2-4 weeks Goodluck champ🫡

this is BS but stretching isnt. posture is important asf and remember u still 16 u have plenty of time to grow just focus on regular stretching exercices and dabble in YOGA (it worked for me) or just plain calisthenics with focus on back and remember even if ur posture is straight now with time it need training like any muscle .and you have to COPEMAXX yess youll get taller by lowering cortisol or at least feel more confident in your own height

Sooon😭 my post was atleast a joke but you sound serious dont tell me you really think that low cortisol makes you taller dnr
