Is it really that important to get enough calories during puberty? I'm 16, my BF is 20%. Should I fast or does it affect my growth and should I invest in my bones?
 
why not just eat healthy but in a 200-300 calorie deficit if you want to get lean but also stay healthy? that's the way I see it at least.
 
maingain just eat like normal you dont have to cut or bulk
