I'm 16 and 5'11. I fall asleep at 10:30 PM and wake up at 6:30 AM (8 hrs). Is this good enough for solid bone growth? If not then I will increase sleep time, but is there anything I can do on the side? I already drink lots and lots of 2% reduced fat milk. Should I drink something else or what? Just looking for general advice
