Ive been causing my own problems for a while, ive just started to reject my biggest mental hurdles and move on.

Thankfully ive been blessed with an alright looking face and a good frame/body fat distribution. I know I'll be proud of myself next year, hopefully you will too. keep working hard and remember growth is not linear it comes in all shapes and forms
