go to the doctor to get an x-ray and see your bone age, if their closing soon then maybe you can start something, do a lot of research though

Fair enough if youre not done growing you could benefit from eating a fuck ton of protein and having calcium and vitamin D. If you want a quicker way hop on hgh or testosterone
