how can I tell if I'm still growing without an X-ray? I measured 187 cm in March and now I look taller; I'm feeling some back pain just like I did right before a growth spurt. I'm 17 years old.
I stood next to a friend who is 1.81m tall, and I'm relatively bigger than him.
