how can I tell if I'm still growing without an X-ray? I measured 187 cm in March and now I look taller; I'm feeling some back pain just like I did right before a growth spurt. I'm 17 years old.
I stood next to a friend who is 1.81m tall, and I'm relatively bigger than him. I had delayed puberty.

you cant know are you growing or not, just keep measuring every mounth and see what the result, i am stop groweing at 17 (186) , 4-5 mouth later i was 185, so low chance to be 190
