I just want to know if I'm still growing, without getting an X-ray. Between 2023 and 2026, I went from 168 cm to 189 cm; in November 2025 I was 184 cm, whereas in early 2025 I was between 185.5 and 186 cm; in March/April I was 187 cm, and now in August, I'm at 189 cm. I have a wingspan of over 194 cm—is that a good sign of growth?

It gets to a point where you're so tall it becomes you become intimidating. A good height difference is desirable for women but when the girl is 5'3 and the guy is 6'5 it starts to get scary. Around 6'3 is the sweet spot, I doubt many women desire a 200 cm beast plus the inconvenience of eating 4000 calories daily and still looking malnourished will get to you, its just not as good as people make it to be, bigger doesnt mean better.

Yes 200cm is to much but 190 and up is easy mode and if your 190 and get together with a 5’3 girl that’s on you
