How can I get taller I am 4 foot 11 at 13 I’ve been 13 for around two months now I’m around the same size as my mom and my dad is 5 foot 7 my grandpa is tall around 6 foot 1 on my mom side and my mom’s brother is also that height and my mom’s sister is around 5 foot 7 I’m pretty sure my dad’s brother is 6 foot. Is it over??

bro tbh u could have a chance to be average height maybe your a late bloomer but rn id say focus on your nutrition and get loads of sleep but if your willing to take risks u should take erda later on if u don’t grow but if focus on nutrition rn
