i'm 172cm at 16
my dad is 190 mom is 170
I have 2 brothers that are 190+- aswell
Will I be able to still grow to atleast 180?
I didn't notice any height change for already 6 months

Just ask them what age they stopped growing
Doesn't mean it will be the exact same for you but if they say 16 then you're growing one more inch at most

you need to sleep 9+ hours a day before 10 pm, get sunlight in the morning, plenty of exercise
supplement vitamins D3/K2, calcium; lots of proteins and carbs + milk

see if growth plates are closing and look into AIs if needed

Since you probably don't want to do any hardmaxxing just eat K2 don't eat oxalates and maybe get into some semi, borderline copious and niche methods like stretching or something if you want to be able to say you did everything you could after this point
