Every heightfraud guide ive seen is incredibly bad so im making this to help u guys out

credentials: I heightfrauded 3.5 inches for 2 years, didnt get called out a single time, managed to go to 4 peoples houses without getting called out, and lost my virginity while heightfrauding (she was hideous)

If you dont want to read and just wanna know what steps to take, check the TLDR at the bottom.
First of all, imagine standing on a 3 inch brick. You will be 3 inches taller because your entire foot is elevated 3 inches above the ground.

Shoe lifts dont work like this, because while your heel may be 3 inches above the ground, the front of your foot is roughly only half an inch off the ground.

For reference, elevator shoes that claim 2.5 inches of height measure the back of the shoelift (the heel area), and advertise that as the "added height" when in reality they give 1.5 inches (measured it myself) because of the heel to toe phenomenon i just explained. If your entire foot was parallel with your heel it would be 2.5 inches.

Many people say the reason elevator shoes dont add the advertised height is because shoe lifts "compress" this is false. Its simply because your foot is elevated at a downwards angle rather than if you stood on a 3 inch platform.

so what do we do about this? i will tell u in the next spoiler

The most important step to frauding as much height as possible is simply choosing a shoe that adds 1.5 inches or more by itself. This website has hundreds of shoes along with the amount of height they add.
https://www.boostmyheight.com/

For reference the shoe I used to fraud 3.5 inches was Reebok Walk Ultra 7 DMX max (No one cares if your shoe is Neurotypical stop coping)

Dont choose a shoe that adds less than an inch and expect to fraud 3 inches taller, it doesnt work that way. Shoes are half the equation

Its important that if you want to fraud 3+ inches the shoe you choose must have a decently good amount of room to fit the lifts so your heel doesnt pop out too much.

make sure the color of your shoe matches the color of the socks you will wear with it. If your socks and shoes are the same color, your heel will blend into the shoe
DO NOT WEAR TIMBERLAND BOOTS OR ANY HEAVY SHOE IN GENERAL IF YOU PLAN TO FRAUD 3 INCHES. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FUCKING WALK. If you only plan on frauding 2 inches, timberlands will work because you will only need to put 1 inch insoles in them, although still not recommended because its a bit heavy to walk in.

This is definitely the price you pay with frauding, but you all overthink it. There is a way around it if youre willing to manipulate people a bit

I simply wore a knee brace looking thing near my ankle (they cost like 20 bucks) and every time I met someone new I always showed it to them and made sure they knew i had "plantear fasciitis" and telling them "Yeah, I cant take my shoes off ever because of my plantear fasciitis. Only when I shower." This way It never sounds suspicious when you tell them you cant take your shoes off

Whenever we would make plans I always tried to get them to come to MY house, just incase they have a "no shoes in home policy"

If ur friend/gf DOES have a no shoes in her house policy and cant come to your house, simply hangout outside of their home at mcdonalds or something. If you need to, fuck in the car.

normies are stupid and no one questions the fake brace. Make sure u do research and actually make your lies align with a real condition just incase someone gets suspicious because I didnt.

TL;DR

U have to wear pants that cover ur heel and ankle, sorry. Shorts are ugly anyways.

Choose a shoe from https://www.boostmyheight.com/ that adds at least 1.3 inches. If you want to fraud 3+ inches, the shoe you choose MUST have a good amount of vertical heel room. If you want to fraud 2-2.5, it is acceptable to choose a shoe such as Nike Airmax Plus (this is because you will only need to add the first layer of the insole to achieve 2.5 inches.)

The shoe lift brand you use changes nothing, however I dont recommend HARD shoe lifts, theyre uncomfortable to walk on for prolonged periods of time. I use these: https://www.walmart.com/ip/WEEKS-He...4?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=102837978

FUCKING IMPORTANT: The shoe lifts i linked above have 1 lift with 3 additional sections you can add. ALL MEASUREMENTS STADIOMETER MEASURED
1 inch lift- 0.72 inches of added height (comfortable)
1 inch lift + 1 layer - 1.06 inches (completely comfortable even for beginners)
1 inch lift + 2 layers - 1.42 inches (Might be slightly uncomfortable when u first start out)
I inch lift + 3 layers - 1.7 inches (very uncomfortable and heel will stick out. Dont recommend)

I would stick to using the 1 inch lift with 1 or 2 subsections depending on how much vertical heel room your shoe has. Skip out on the third layer its way too uncomfy (i promise the 0.3 inches arent important jfl)

Ensure your socks match the color of your shoe (Black shoe, black socks. White shoe, white socks)

Do not wear heavy shoes such as timberland boots. It will be very uncomfortable to walk and your feet will feel awful.

IF YOU FEEL LIKE ITS TOO UNCOMFORTABLE, ADD SOCKS TO THE FRONT OF YOUR SHOE TO MINIMIZE THE "Walking on heels" feeling.

Mirin guide. Also you could also add a thin regular comfort insole on top of the height boosters (especially some of the harder ones) to keep it more comfortable

Its not an affiliate URL buy any lift or shoe u want retard. I literally said it doesnt make a difference aslong as the shoe adds over an inch by itself

Good thread, bhai. What do you think about maxxing out your height through posture and taking MSM or other supplements to retain your morning height?

My morning height is a solid 5'11", but by night, I deflate to 5'10". I’m thinking if I maximize that and add these 3.5 inches, I’d be 6'2.5", which is a serious mog.

I’ve never tried it but If glucosamine or other substances actually retain your spine then it’s worth it

5’11 is by far the most ROI height to fraud at. You will go from being viewed as average to tall/ very tall

I forgot to mention in this thread but I was 6’0.5 in shoes and everyone thought I was 6’2. So people would likely assume ur around 6’3

Do you think I can fraud 2.5-3 inches while working all day standing (waiter wageslave)

If you do it properly, yes

I would recommend Reebok walk ultra 7 dmx max in the black color, these pass as work shoes. Then simply add insoles until you get to 3 inches. If there’s room I would suggest adding a comfortable insole on top of your choice considering you’ll be standing a lot

For reference these shoes add 1.6 inches by themselves and have good room for lifts. If you can find a shoe that adds a similar amount of height + will fit lifts you will be good to go

The discomfort of lifts is only prevelant when you are walking long distances. Walking 10 feet here and there, standing and taking orders, won’t hurt your feet

boostmyheight.com

doesnt have to be rebooks, just a shoe that adds decent height itself and looks like it can fit lifts.

you can also buy the black tennis shoes from conzuri and add lifts to those, did that for awhile

I height fraud as much as possible and yeah guide is very solid. Most shoes are less then .8 inchs thick so your net delta is the spread between that average and whatever your shoe is. So say avg is .7 inches, your at 1.5. Your delta is .8 inches.

I preferer Superfeeet green, insoles. They add about 1.5 inches but are made for orthopedic purposes so they improve your posture. Better posture means you look taller. Normal lifts won't do that.

Down side is they are hard, thus its nice to toss on a topper(like dr scholls inserts) if you can fit both in the shoe.

I've never done the same color socks as shoes thing. Honestly no ones ever noticed me fraud maxing height. I wear them whenever I go out so plenty of ops for people to.

do you have to buy 1 size bigger shoes?

do you have to buy 1 size bigger shoes?
Definitely not

When in lifts your toes are actually 1.5 to 2 inches behind where they would normally be WITHOUT lifts. So if anything you should size down. However i personally just use the size that fits me. Its definitely better to go down half a size or 1 inch below your typical size.

tldr buy 1 size lower than your normal

Honestly if I had more money to spend I would have tested more comfortable ways to fraud. Probably just need to add a comfortable insole ontop of the lifts would be good enough.

And yeah, nobodies ever noticed me frauding either. Its honestly incredibly underrated. And the confidence boost is very nice.

IF YOU FEEL LIKE ITS TOO UNCOMFORTABLE, ADD SOCKS TO THE FRONT OF YOUR SHOE TO MINIMIZE THE "Walking on heels" feeling.
bump

actual useful stuff for some

Ive been thinking of trying this brand

Ive tried conzuri before and as expected the shoes did not add the advertised height. the 2.4 inch sneakers added 1.5

I added lifts onto the sneakers anyways and got 3 inches

tallmenshoes might be more reputable and actually give height

Definitely not

When in lifts your toes are actually 1.5 to 2 inches behind where they would normally be WITHOUT lifts. So if anything you should size down. However i personally just use the size that fits me. Its definitely better to go down half a size or 1 inch below your typical size.

tldr buy 1 size lower than your normal
thanks brah

just got my first lifts from aliexpress, my size is US 11,5 but the lifts are a bit smaller than my foot, the cutoff ends at size 10.

I put it inside the shoe and the heel part of the lift is more narrow than the shoe's sole and there is some space between the sides of the lifts and the lateral walls of the shoes, idk it looks like it will slide around inside the shoe while walking. Do you think it's fine or should I get bigger lift soles that are my size?

Based thread. I heightfraud but with a air max 720 instead.
Im 185cm bare foot and 191cm heightfrauded
but, but, you're already tall
The bigger the mog, the better.

I’m aware of what you’re talking about, my lifts had the same issue

The fix I found was simply putting an insole of your choice on top of the lifts. This could be the insole that came with the shoe or any insole for that matter

shoe lifts compress alot at 75kg>

Elevator shoes are just sneakers with lifts in them. There’s no difference.

And they look comical most of the time because they upsize the shoes

what about getting a long term partner? they'd have to know eventually
scientifically when someone already had sex with you height does matter less.

I can vouch that boots + 1.5 inch insoles are the method, get something nice and lowkey though so you don't look like some military freak reddit cuck (timbs or balenci strike boots are my go to), gives me like 4 inches while still being comfortable to walk or medium jog for a while it's insane.

fuck my life

Timbs and lifts work but they always felt so clunky to walk in for me. It might be because my timbs are way too oversized
