1. Enquire the colour of the tiles of the doctor's clinic beforehand.
2. Wear thick woollen socks of the same colour as the tiles so they disappear into the background, maybe 3 pairs if you want (4 mm?) Put a 1 inch lift inside the socks.
3. When getting measured, probably barefoot, rise up on your toes a little bit. Probably won't notice because of your socks matching the tiles. Stand tall with very good posture.
While standing, take a veeery deep breath and hold while measuring. This one is an ethical move as this is the recommendation of NHS and it will add atleast half a cm, and also tilt your head as high up as you can without it being noticeable (another 3 mm).
As an extra measure you can also have a very thick hairstyle just in case the doctor doesn't press hard you're at an advantage (2 mm?)
Also only set the appointment much earlier in the day and keep lying down before the appointment.
You should now measure your midday height + 1 cm morning height + 0.5 cm socks + 2.5 cm lifts + 1.5 cm rising up + 0.5 cm breathing in + 0.2 cm hair + 0.3 cm head tilt up = +6.5 cm (almost 3 inches)!!! You can now claim this measure on official records and say your doctor measured you at it.
