Going from 5’7 to 5’9 is a okay jump. But you just go from short to average.

5’9 to 5’11 is good…but again it’s still in the average ish range.

But going from 6 to 6’2 is a huge jump. You go from semi tall to easily top 5%

And then 6’2 to 6’4 is even better. You go from top 5% to undeniably the tallest guy in any room.

That’s why I’m 6’2 barefoot and use 2 inch insoles. So I can be 6’5 ish in shoes. Because going from semi tall to a giant is such a massive halo. Plus I have a big frame and long arms so it looks proportional. The quality of life boost is INSANE.

Hard to explain but think of it like this: if you double your wealth as a broke nigga you go from 100 dollars to 200 dollars. If you double it as a millionaire you go from semi rich to way better. As a decamillionaire it’s gg

bro lifts won't turn you into a different species. 6'2 barefoot is already top tier. stacking 2 inch insoles to hit 6'5 is just cope and can wreck your knees/back long term. height halo matters but there's diminishing returns. focus on posture, gym, and style. chasing giant status is blackpill, just enjoy what you got.

It’s about the mog. I need to be the best in EVERY category or I may as well die ngl.

Nope there’s a massive difference.

When I’m 6’2 I don’t feel confident because I get height mogged sometimes.

When I’m 6’5 there is not a single person who is taller than I am.

Secondly, I get glazed way more at 6’5. People are nice for no reason. So I’m so relaxed and low cortisol. I can actually live freely without worrying. So I carry myself way better.

I’m pretty sure because of bad posture and natural height loss I drop down to 6’3.5 by evening time anyways

this analogy doesnt work because the reason it looks so good is because you double your current wealth, whereas with height you just add a set amount of inches. A better analogy would be getting from 1mil usd to 5 mil as opposed to getting from 10 mil to 14 mil

Yeah, it’s not a perfect example, but it’s hard to apply it to height because you can’t “double” your height

Chasing status in every category is a trap – there’s always someone taller, richer or fitter. 6’2 barefoot is already elite height. Stacking lifts or huge insoles to hit 6’5 wrecks your knees and back long term for a marginal boost. Focus on posture, gym, skin and style, and build some charisma. Being well‑rounded and content is far healthier than obsessing over an extra inch.
