Eating late is better than malnutrition/caloric deficit, prove me wrongdon't forget your diet, use multivitaminics + whey protein to get a high protein diet, also don't eat 1~2 hours before sleeping, when we eat our body secretes insulin, and insulin drops your HGH levels, if you eat before sleeping you'll be fucking your HGH production in your sleep.
