Fuck yes !! I Everyone telling me I’m growing taller !! 17 years old and finally growing again. My estimation is I’ve grown 2-3cm in the past 2 months. Was 174. Give myself a strong 176-177 now. Will measure tomorrow and give everyone results. Heightmaxing works faggots, even if it’s just decompression of the spine there’s always things you can do to grow taller at any age. Will put my routine on here for anyone who wants to see.
