A few heightmaxing tips.
- get your important social interactions done directly after getting up, if not possible stretch before (you loose about 1.5cm a day due to spinal compression)
- stand straight (1cm increase for me personally)
- glucosamine (makes it easier to keep your morning height, studies show a 2-4mm height difference)
- walk with small steps, you'll be taller than if you take huge strides, same for standing, don't stand with a wide stance
- insoles and height increasing shoes, don't overdo it, some people are having success with 8cm soles, others feel uncomfortable with that much height, a 4-5cm sole is easily doable (average sole height is maybe 2cm in summer, 3cm in winter, which you have to substract for the effective height gain)
- having a bit of hair volume on the top of your head can give you an additional cm without looking weird imo
- while seated, having big glutes definitely gives you additional height, depending on your muscle size a glute height of 5cm is achievable imo
- very important trick: always try to stand or walk on a higher ground than others if there is uneven terrain (obv not always doable)
- avoid tall people and try to stand in a group of shorter people whenever possible. In nature it doesn't matter if you're 170 or 180cm, there is basically no added benefit in having slightly longer limbs. However when mating, a woman wants to find the best genetics that she can get, and height does represent good genetics to her, however it is purely relative. Your actual height doesn't matter, the only thing that matters is that you're taller than others.
