Yo i need help to heightmaxx, my dad is 180/5’11 n mom 160/5’2. rn im around 175 which is 5’8/9 n i got my blood work done which says i have normal levels of gh, igf, etc. I also got an xray that says my growth plates r open. What should i take to optimize growth, ive been growing around 3-5 inches every year for the past 3 years.

is cjc dac and an aromatase inhibitor good?

3-5 inches a year is pretty crazy, tbh have good habits like sleep and exercise, diet and you should be fine thats really the most you can do
