Currently 16.4 y/o, 5'5. I've researched heightmaxxing since i was 14 and have way more knowledge than I should but havent grown since around 13. Parent's heights are:
Dad - 5'5
Mum - 4'9
I've ran a couple cycles of roids, nothing extensive (250mg test 200mg mast for 10 weeks once), a couple cycles of mk677 aswell. Tried using HGH at early 16 for a month but it was too expensive and no way of keeping it on the low. Ran aromasin for maybe 4 months maximum till it got found at 15. I have insomnia so in my peak growing years (age 12 - 14) I got around 3 - 6 hours of sleep with an occasional 8 - 11 hours. Also during these days blasting preworkout and training 2 - 4 hours a day (yes i know i was stupid.) Body fat's been maintained at 8% - 13% throughout (yes fast metabolism). Always maintained a pretty muscular physique, 62KG now. Idk how to get a growth plate scan.
Am I cooked and is there anything i can do?
