Hey, I know that there are already tons of posts with vitamins for heightmaxxing, however can you please tell which one is ok to get just from the online stores and which one is it better to get from doctor prescriptions(usually they are are a little bit efficient however i dont know what vitamins are realy worth it and i cant realy beg doctors to prescribe them to me every time) .
