Claims can add up to 2 inches of height.

Acknowledges it's temporary, but founder claims he went from 5'7 to 5'9 in two years.

"Apparently, high-impact running like this can make tiny ‘microfractures’ in your bones, which over time will knit back together slightly longer than before. Do it often enough, and it’s thought you could add a millimetre or two to your height this way."

an actual legit way to ensure sleeping on your back and that your legs stay extended is to sleep on your couch. i know this sounds stupid.. but, if you get a pillow and put it between your legs while sleeping along with you sleeping on a couch (no room for you to spread your legs apart and sleep in weird positions), you can definitely expect some results.

To create microfractures the best way possible read this thread of mine :
Did you carry on with this? How tall are you now? Still 190.9?

If I was my morning height I wouldn't complain at all.

I have stopped doing it coz Im more focussed in the gym
Yeh I'm still 191 , height gain from microfractures is mostly permanent.

Your joints will absorb the impact and in time you can ruin them...

Chad grew to 6'4 in 9th grade whilst we're all here spending thousands of dollars on supplements and torture methods to grow a few cm.
