Im 183cm 6 feet 15yo I think my growth plates are open but here its hard to get HGH emand I dont wanna be like 6'5 my doctor said I'll be 6'2 or 6'3 but how can I make sure I hit that
 
if you ruled out peps as an option try to get enough of certain bone relevant nutrients:vitamin d3, k2, calcium, protein, magnesium etc. you also should probably rule out estrogen/aromatase inhibitors since estrogen is necessary for building bones. And most importantly sleep as much as you possibly can (im talking 10-12 hours)

Yea I drink a fair bit of milk so I probably have adequate calcium and im trying to have enough protein through protein shakes and meat and im also hitting gym js started bene on and off but gonna lock in from now. You should get your nutrients like vitamins naturally. I recommend atleast 1 litre of milk everyday, and atleast 6 eggs a day (more if possible, nutrient bomb). Dm for finer nutritional advice, people here will make fun of you)

Ppl making fun? Lol this whole website js a autistic website but isn't 6 eggs and 1 litre of milk excessive?

Yeah getting nutrients naturally is best, but getting through pills is better than not getting them at all.
