Heightmaxxing advice pls

Whats the best heightmaxing advice? Is it possible for a 18y to grow more? I dont see results since 16 ,i think my growth plates might be paused any advice?

First go get an xray on your left arm wrist and then comeback

You can grow if ur growth plates are closed

If the growth plates are fused then the only possible thing that could help but im not sure if it s cope would be microfractures from jumping or juss massai jumping

Might try bro ,but that shit is fucking embarassing to do whit my parents home lmao ,how could i even do it? Like 10 mins every day?

Eh. Your height isn't that bad. I was gonna mention LL has had some improvements if you were under like 5'5 but 5'8 is only 1-2 inches below average in most western countries. What country do you live in just to be sure?

I know it's easy to feel insecure but don't. Height is the most overrated thing on this forum. Your face matters a lot more at 5'8. Wear some lifts if you really hate it.

I live in Portugal ,ty for the advice bro ,i just wanted to be 5'11 ,never got shamed for my height but i feel insecure since my friends are all getting taller than me ,even my younger brother ,its tuff

Do everything you can to boost HGH and IGF-1, there are a lot of guides out here.

ur growth plates cant be "paused"

its either fused or still open

judging by the fact that you are 18 im gonna guess that your plates are closed, thats unless you xray and check.
tho if you have grown a few centimeters lately you can get a little taller
