I NEED any WORKING advice to grow as much as I can
Not some shit like "js eat raw meat bro n do masai jumps", or basic stuff like diet and sleep
I am currently 15 and 3 months face - htn, but 165 cm = 5'4, growth plates wide open
In my country 5'6-5'7 is average, so I at least have to be 5'8
