thiss should work altho u need to be decompressing ur spine daily and over time u can gain that spinal height.

in my experience anything over 2 inches is usually unrealistic unless wearing crazy elevator shoes + insoles on top.

For clubbing i usually wear air force 1 high tops + 2 inches generic insoles to stay somewhat comfortable anything more is usually too uncomfortable and you look weird when walking. I also take MSM (should probably also be taking glucosamine to get the benefits of retaining morning height as well) and im being mindful of my posture. People usually guess im 6'3 then even though im usually only barely 6'1 barefoot normally. I dont think i could realistically fraud much more and i don't think any more methods exist to increase height permanently or temporarily. So 6ft is probably out of reach for you since i think wearing lifts / elevator shoes + supplementing with MSM/Glucosamine, having good posture and maybe some spinal decompression through regular swimming, hanging and maybe inversion table are the only things you can do besides LL-Surgery that increase your height after puberty.

Naja es gibt ja im spinal compression im Laufe des Tages deswegen bist du morgens auch größer als Abends aber natürlich nicht erheblich sondern nur so ungefähr 1-3cm je nachdem. Mit MSM und Glucosamine kannst du dem schon bisschen entgegen wirken dann biste halt aber auch nur abends 1-3cm größer als sonst.

Few anecdotes I've read state people can grow ~1 inch from HGH post-epiphyseal plate closure.
Haven't really looked into the pharmacokinetics/dynamics but can't hurt to try.
