So guys I have some questions, does raw milk and pasteurized milk make any difference? Will excessive sugar cause early growth plate closure?

I am 15 years old early tanner stage 3 no major growth spurt yet, biggest was like 1 inch. I‘m 5‘4, Father 6‘0, mom 5‘3 and brother 6‘0. Am i cooked? Since my brother is 20 years old and ate like utter dogshit during his teen years (mainly fast food and cereal for breakfast) is there potential to be as tall as him or maybe even exceed his height?

Also I was wondering do GHRP‘s even work? I saw many opinions about this everyone‘s saying something else. Lastly should i start using ai or is it too early?

Heigth is not even genetic, its random. nothing you do changes that

only thing you can really do for height is maintain okay hormones, you dont want your growth plates closing too early. sleep diet dosent matter at all height is a genetic mutation

I don't know enough about height genetics to give you a proper answer but I will say that as a kid you should focus on eating a high protein diet and exercise because it will drastically impact your body composition as you fill out

Wdym what unless you are malnoruished it barerly does shit lmao
I’m not talking about the raw milk.

“Heigth is not even genetic” Height is almost entirely genetic and epigenetic factors will influence your final adult height, for example malnourishment.

“nothing you do changes that” You can do many things that positively influence your final adult height which would in theory surpass your genetic “limit”.

Genetic recombination is not genetit ie your parents height barely matter, and the most you can do is hgh and that barerly does something if you are not deficent , they did a study on it in the 2000s

u should be fine but prioritize your diet, I went from 5,7 to 6,0 in a year, just wait for your growth spurt.

how much of height is made up on your nutrition during delevopment

i went from 5'4 to 5'6 over 4 years, i ate meat carbs and dairy everday. its all luck at end of the day

how tall were your parents bro
I mean my dad is 6,2 and my mom is 5,10 so thats definitely a big part of it, but since your dad is 6,0 u should still reach his height ATLEAST. Your mom being 5,3 isnt terrible

yes I dont
Explain please I’m interested.

If you have no abnormal genes or response to anything your height does have relevance to your parents height. You cant just end up 4’11 or 6’4 with parents with the height of 5’3 and 5’4 they pass their genes on to you, if you have any abnormal response, epigenetics factors, diseases or genetic mutations etc ending up taller or shorter is possible.

You can absolutely end up as that, height isn't a math question

And if i ask you how, you wont be able to give an answer thats also interesting right.

Genetics, gene mutations, diseases and epigenetic factors aren’t math if you haven’t comprehended that.

I can, height is hundreds of genes all working together and if your parents have recessive genes for height you can end up tall as fuck. Same reason how ugly people have model children or people with disabilities exists, it's called genetic recombination.

Okay so nigga just reflect on what you just said, “if your parents have recessive genes” So if they have recessive genes which they pass onto you (completely genetic) you can end up tall.

Okay now read what i said “Genetics, gene mutations, diseases and epigenetic factors aren’t math if you haven’t comprehended that.” So you’re fucking contradicting yourself, what are we arguing on if your point was the same as mine.

Also you don’t just become ugly or disabled by a recessive gene

There is something called genetic recombination where genes from your parents and even new genes are mutated when you are getting convinced in the womb. You can't predict which ones are gonna selected. That's what makes it luck.

Okay so again we’re literally agreeing bro, i literally said you cant end up incredibly tall nor short without a genetic mutation and you didn’t agree which you literally do now with this post.

And your parents having recessive genes and passing them onto you is genetic or am i fucking tweaking

What I mean, you cannot predict your child height from your parents' height.

You can estimate it if there are none of the following “abnormal response, epigenetics factors, diseases or genetic mutations etc” which i mentioned, and of course predicting with 100% accuracy is almost impossible but if theres no abnormality which is the cause with most people you can estimate it.

Based on your parent’s height i would have said your final adult height would be 5’6, and you’re 5’5 right now and could possibly hit 5’6 later on in life meaning the estimation was almost entirely correct.

Dude I can get a growth spurt and become 6'3, there are cases of this happening. Its very hard to predict and the universe runs on luck in the micro scale

What age? My dads 5 11 im 5 9 at 17 hoping for some late growth

Pure cope. There is a strong statistical correlation for a reason. Predictions rely on probability, not absolutes.

You are just trying to convince yourself that you are some special snowflake who somehow defies biology

I'm not growing taller, but height is very hard to predict. There are hundreds of genes involved and thats why they dont have height selection in embryos yet. Again that example i gave of my grandparents show how the guy become 6'3 with 5'5 parents.

Yeah but let’s be realistic what are the chances of that happening? The same probability as winning the lottery?

And you cant become 6’3 out of no where there are only a few possible ways that could happen. Let me know when you get a pituitary gland tumor or in your hypothalamus!
