Guys, can I take 10,000 units of vitamin D3 at 15 years old, along with vitamin K2 and also a ton of calcium from milk

It is unlikely that they are closed, I am 15 years old and I see that I grow 0.5-1.5 centimeters every month

get a good diet. Even though it’ll only indirectly increase your test by like 250ng dl at most you should still have a good diet.

- Drink a LOT of RAW milk -> Has a shit ton of HGH, which will help you grow (and has many many vitamins / minerals).
- Supplement Vitamin D3 (once or twice a week maybe), and don't do insane doses (30k+ units daily), that may actually be bad for your growth (as a Harvard study says). Stick with 20k units three times a week (go out into the sun too).
- Vitamin K2 is also highly important -> I recommend you consuming 200+ ug daily.
- Eat A LOT of fruit. They contain boron and boost IGF 1 production (carbonhydrates in general).
- Do deadhang-excercises!!! No cope, they ACTUALLY worked. I personally increased my height additionally by 2 inches within 6 months (maybe my posture was dog shit, lol... But still).
- Sleep A LOT!!! It's extremely important!!! Only in the REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement, aka "deep sleep") you are going to produce Somatropin

I grew to 6'4, with my father being 5'11 and my mother 5'8.5 ... So I technically reached my full potential (or almost).
