So I take vit k2 vit d3 calcium anc magnesium and vitamin c for skin and omega 3 fish oil and ashwaganda from my reasearch this is pretty good if u can tell me anything else I can get before I hop on peptides tell me

vitamin d3 and calcium you can get from milk. idk ab fish oil cause I never took it but I heard its cope ashwaghanda is good but i would recommend taking GABA with ash and maybe glucosamine cause I heard you could get like an inch out of it if you take it consistently
