I’m 18 rn and 6’0. Though it’s not a subhuman height I would really like to push towards 6’1 or 6’2. Is it even worth it to go pay for a growth plate scan or aromatase inhibitors?

it’s not worth heightmaxxing if u are 6’0 already dhmbsss , plus AIS cause hair loss, just slay ur height

Not worth it imo since you're already 6'0 though yes you can still likely grow a marginal amount due to the fact that the spine continues to grow until about age 24 whereas the epiphysial growth plates in your legs are almost certainly closed age 16 or so onwards.

Aromatase inhibitors are very affordable though you should be getting bloodwork if you take AI, or work your way up with dosing very incrementally and slowly.
