At the age of 21, is it possible to grow from 6'3 to 6'5 with posturemaxxing and supplements such as aromasin?


How much height do you gain on average with posturemaxxing if you're tall and have a long torso already?


I started to wear 1-inch lifts and fraud to 6'4, which feels nice but sometimes uncomfortable.

6'5 might even take away a bit of smv unless you live in the netherlands and trying to date the women's volleyball team

I think I read something a while back about growth plate closure being a gradual process tho, and taking some time to complete (which makes total intuitive sense). So one might even able to squeeze like 0.5 cm or smth before it stops for good.

For example, my eye area is quite good minus the t20/t30 coloring. I have been told I have very good pfl eyebrows pct hooded/hunter eyes etc, yet I still get jealous of someones light blue prey uee eyes just because of the color.


Or I get jealous when I see a LTN 6'7 guy just because of his height.



I plan to get a little bit more fillers to ascend above 6 PSL as I get quite jealous of insta or tiktok influencers who are chads.

beware of filler, it can sometimes look uncanny. I wouldn't recommend it if you're in 5 psl range, but you do you.

posture is the best and most practical heightmaxx for adults imo, but some people are capped with bad posture because of subpar facial bone development (specifically if their mandible obstructs the airway), but I doubt that's your case.

heigtmogging is only a piece of the puzzle, if you look significantly better than them you can still mog pretty hard imo.

My doc is pretty caucious and said that he only approves little dosages per session.

I atrophied my masseters by not chewing gum recently. I will start to train them again to decide whether I need more fillers or not.

Not impossible but improbable. You can grow maybe 1.5 cm by spinemaxxing

You have to increase HGH, by sprinting and intermittent fasting. Then you have to do hanging from a bar and stretches like tadasana, neck stretches and cobra stretch. There are way more things to do but you have to research it. And it is not easy, it's like building muscle, will take a lot of time and effort, idk if it's worth the time for you at 190

Yes, it worked. My growth plates are definitely open though but I was gaining 2.5 cm/year, now I have been gaining 14 cm/year for 6 months, I have gained 7 cm.
