stats 15 almost 16, 5’10 130 lbs

I want to be 6’ or over but I have no idea where to begin with heightmaxxing. All this hgh ai shit is complicated af for me because I’m NT.

Some other background info: my mom is 5’4 my dad is 5’9 1/2. My grandpa on my moms side is 6’1 or 6’2 which is why I believe I have surpassed my dad.

TLDR: how can I heightmaxx if I’m above 5’8, and have surpassed parents in height?
