4 Egg
2.5L milk
2 slices and bread and cheese
100g of meat
+ Some other stuff if I don't feel full.

Supplements
MK 677 25mg
Arimidex 1mg

I have been on MK for 3 months and am 1/2 inches taller than I was. Wasn't taking arimidex back then or paid any attention to my diet so I might've missed out on some growth. This is my heightmaxxing plan in terms of diet and supplements.

Eat minimum 1kg ground beef from the butcher per day. Just stick it in a pan with some butter and eat with some potatoes.

Along with whatever other protein sources you eat throughout the day.

The higher animal protein you consume the better, it's directly correlated to height. Better then investing money on bullshit like MK-677. It will do nothing, if you want to know why it's bullshit look for my previous posts on it.
