HEIGHTMAXXING

Heightmaxxing. Heightmaxxing is pretty easy if you know exactly what to do, I recommend doing your own research before proceeding.

Bonesmashing
: When i say Bonesmashing, you probably think im referring to bonesmashing your facial bones, but Wolfss Law clearly states "If loading on a particular bone increases, the bone will remodel itself over time to become stronger to resist that sort of loading" which implies that bones can be remodeled through Mechanotransduction, so basically every bone is able to be remodeled, which means you could Bonesmash anything, so bonesmashing your Heels could make the bones bigger and stronger, which could add an inch or two, depending how much you do it/how much you bonesmash your heels. This is just an idea do your own research!

Nutrition/Diet
: Now this is the most important thing if your growth plates are open, you need to get as many nutrients as possible to impact HGH production in your body. The type of diet you should eat is The Primal Diet of course, because it's a diet that gives you the most nutrients, and foods i recommend is Raw Liver, Raw Meat (of course), Raw Milk, Raw Honey , Raw Dairy, Raw Eggs, grass-fed organs, foods that provide the saturated fats and cholesterol essential for natural hormone production. Make sure you eat all these foods daily, and eat them as much as possible if your growth plates are still open!

Peptides : If your parent's are extremely short, hop on HGH Peptides ASAP, i am not documented in Peptides so do your own research! Also i am not responsible for anything that you do, and i am not responsible for your health, this is your decision.

Bonesmashing heels works idfk what ur talking about :lul:
do it then and you will have walking issues and go to doctor
I've been preaching bonesmashing for years, but unfortunately it does not work when it comes to height

Firstly, Wolff's law doesn't even apply to bonesmashing, what happens when you bonesmash is hematoma ossification, which is just large amounts of blood pooling in and coagulating, which ends up mimicking bone

Wolff's law is applied to activities with less than 1MPa's of force, like chewing and other light activities. Not to mention, it doesn't adapt by adding on longitudinal growth. You only get appositional growth, which is nothing more than horizontal

Longitudinal growth is largely determined by genetics, and for you to successfully gain more height by "hammering" your heels, you're going to have to somehow manually activate the endochondral growth mechanism

No matter how you look at this, it's literally impossible to gain height by hammering your heels lol

According to Zhang's law of dynamic deformation of bone, the morphology of bone in a living body, including the shape, diameter, length, curve and alignment of the bone, adapt to long-term loads both before and after skeletal maturity. According to the magnitude of strain, the mode of action, the location site, and the quality of bone, the resulting deformations and rates are different. The dynamic deformations of bones are more obvious in elderly populations than in middle-aged populations. Senile osteoporosis is one of the main causes of the dynamic deformation of human bones. During the development of osteoporosis, microfractures have been found to occur in cancellous bones (such as the hip, spinal vertebra, and proximal tibia) during daily activities. The number of microfractures has been found to increase exponentially with age. Microfractures can induce bone remodeling. It has been reported that at least 10% of bone is renewed per year by this physiological process.[1] Microfractures, bone absorption and bone regeneration can lead to changes in skeletal morphology.
