After diving deep into the science of growing tall, here is the absolute best thing you can do to grow while your plates are still open.
They could still be open at 20-22, but it is unlikely. The prime years to grow tall are 14-18.


1. 10.000 iu Vitamin D everyday.
Vitamin D is crucial and needed for optimal growth. Almost everyone is deficient. Go out in the sun and take your supplement (ideally together with K2)

2. Intermittent fasting.
Proven to boost growth hormone EXTREMELY. Eat 8 hours, fast 16 hours everyday at LEAST.

3. Drink raw grassfed milk.
Has every nutrient needed to grow tall and a growth factor. Drink 1-4,5 litres a day. Combine with a nutrient dense, animal and plant based diet. Eat liver, heart and other organs. Eat butter. Eat carbs. Dont cut anything other than obviously unhealthy stuff.

4. Sprint
Short term high intensity training is proven to boost growth hormone. Sprint as hard as you can 4 times in a short time window.

Did you do this religously everyday tho?
Absolutely not. I drank a lot of raw milk for a while and did the fasting, but I just started vitamin D recently, so all the calcium was wasted and didn't make its way into my bones. I am super vitamin d deficient.

Literall just google that stuff, you'll get to your studies. Was too lazy to put links in. But everything is from studies.

Frequent eating is good cuz you get more nutrients. Fit in all your nutrients and calories into a 8 hour window and you have the maximum growth hormone while not lacking any calories/nutrients. Eat A LOT. 4,5 litres raw milk are already 2.500-3000 cal

Unironically, if I could turn back the time, thats all i would have done.

Also I'd eat very high protein / moderate carbs and fats, plenty of veggies, and I'd start lifting, but I would avoid lifts that compress the spine like squats and ohp. I'd focus more on pull / chin ups, side latteral raises, bench etc

HGH spikes with fasting. IGF-1 is naturally optimal with a diet high in animal fat and protein. HGH is the main deal.

you say fasting is bad for growth which i dont agree with cause its been shows to increase HGh. And i also believe that eating just empty fast food isnt beneficial for growth and would therefor prefer to fast

hgh itself does not induce longitudinal bone growth, igf-1 does

hgh is produced in the pituitary gland and then converted to igf-1 in the liver. it is igf-1 which stimulates growth, not hgh
