Height is really important and anyone who disagrees is coping hard. Women will reject guys that are good-looking or "cute. If they are short, I have seen it happen many times.
A certain type of people who own lots of thing will push the agenda that height is genetics or" height is 80%percent genetics." Don't be that guy, height is what you eat, sleep and activity. Food raw milk, grass-fed grass-finished beef liver, organ meats in general, eggs, dairy, butter, seafood, fish, meat, all animal products that aren't processed. Eggs are also preferably raw. You can crack 2–3 eggs with a glass of milk and take a spoon, stir it and drink it. SHOUTOUT TO JCPENNY FOR HELPING me REALIZE THIS STUFF LIKE FOOD.
I'm not going to sell the idea anymore then this, you either try this method or not because it's been working for me, and it's been a thing for ages, and I'm just adding my finetune to it and shedding light on this method.
First thing you want to do: get 1kg of ankle weight and don't go any higher than this since you're starting out. You may have heard of this method. You basically hang your legs off your bed when you're sleeping with the ankle weights to stretch it for 8 hours plus. That's the simple way. I also, during the day, add sessions where I have them on for 30–45 mins, hanging with the ankle weights. And right after I take them off, I do jump and reach sessions to stress the shin. RIGHT AFTER YOU TAKE THE ANKLE WEIGHTS OFF.
You basically jump and reach the hardest you can and the highest. Around 100 to150 times, I do about 2–3 sessions of these a day. After 30–45 mins of my legs hanging with the weights.
You will feel your ankles and shins a lot, and they're going to be sore.
BUT FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS, HANG THEM FOR 5–15 MINS, 2–3 SESSIONS, AND THEN JUMP AND REACH FOR ABOUT 30 times each session, so you get used to it. LET your body ease into this. Too much at first isn't good. But sleeping with them and the jump and reaching till failure is what will work the most.
Your sleep is going to have to be on point as well. Ideal
10pm-7am As soon as you wake up, you go into the sun as well for about 15–25 minutes.
This method takes lots of dedication
Oldcels 22–25, you should expect 1cm every month and a half.
After 4 months, you can get heavier ankle weights progression should be 1kg to 2kg to 3kg, very slowly every 5 months.
Within a year of this, you should gain 8–12 cm or so.( more is possible as well this is just for most) The better and quicker the younger you are.
I will always say this that your bones are alive and can adapt to stress at any age. It's just harder and longer the older you are. YOUR BONES ARE ALIVE THEY ARE A BEING THAT ADAPTS TO STRESS REMEMBER THIS.
