Heightmaxxing is simple. Here's how.
DISCLAIMER: extremely water post, I was just bored.
It is optimal to get at least 8 hours of sleep, especially 9-10 hours. The only issue is 10 hours can be too much for some people, so 9 is more reliable and practical for most.
Some must-haves for good sleep are blinds or curtains, a cool room, sleeping mask if you dont have a dark room, Also having nice pillowcases can be good for acne or hair, but idk about that.
Good supplements to take are glycine, magnesium, melatonin, and L theanine.
Make sure you go to sleep and wake up around the same time every day, because it is good for your circadian rhythm.

Eating a whole food, ancestral diet is useful. Many people have different opinions on what is 'optimal,' but just doing what works for you and eating clean is probably good enough.
Good foods to eat regularly are: oysters, beef, chicken, pork, salmon, eggs, dairy, blood, fruits, and maybe sourdough.
Supplements that can help are: enclo, aromasin, k2d3, calcium, zinc + copper, and other vitamins. Obviously drink water as well, if you arent getting hydrated you are stupid.

Pharmaceutical intervention is the most effective way to drastically improve height. It has the potential to actually get you inches of extra height if you are smart in the way you do things.
Obviously TRT can be good for height if you want to, but there is a million guides on that so go look for one.
Using a stack that is height-based, with chems like a pan-FGFR inhibitor (infig, erda) and bone support like abalo or teriparetide can be useful, and vosotride is also shown to add height. These are all expensive, and if you want a cheaper way just run an HGH-based stack. Essentially, anything that will increase androgens or growth factors can help you grow.

At the end of the day, the most invasive ways to get taller will only get you so far, maybe a few extra inches all in all unless you get limb lengthening (don't). If you are a 5'4 manlet, you can't get to 6 ft which sucks. Life starts a 6'4, so if you are young do what you can to get there.
