Hi guys I am currently 20 about to turn 21 I just got my wrist checked and they are basically almost fused. I was an extremely late bloomer so I believe my spinal growth plates and some of my growth plates in my leg are still open. This is the stack I want to run while I can just to squeeze 2 inches maybe more.

I wanted to hear other peoples thoughts especially on how I can reduce the sides of erda and if they think this will even work.

Im still researching NA epitalon, KY19382, and abaloparatide and they appear to be safe and help with height.

wrist isnt a good indicator of closure just get a x-ray of femur/tibia and mri of spine if possible

all that matters is ur femur is open cuz thats 70% of longitudinal height

I mean i don't rlly know how I would get it I got my Xray of my wrist by faking a wrist injury most doctor don't do scans unless there is a valid reason or probable cause
