Mods warned this as off-topic in the main looksmax, when it just isn't JFL. Inb4 some kids spends $500 on the latest heightmaxxing thread to gain .05cm which is actually just from base morning height.

Basically my post said you hear about what all these heightmaxxers on this forum are taking, but the greatest height growth i saw was like 1 cm or something (obviously i saw huge claims, but with no evidence of course) keep coping or moneymaxx to get LL
