It mega cope, people think HGH will magically make them grow taller by numerous inches when in reality you could be blasting it to a crazy degree and still be limited by genetic factors if you’re like 15+ (assuming your bone age is equal to biological age) you’re going to get 1-2 inches max. Genes are everything. Yes, you can have short parents and be tall, a close friend of mine, has both parents who are around 5'4 and he's 6'1, and his sister is 5'4 as well. Either somewhere in his bloodline, he has tall DNA or he just has recessive genetics, if you don't know what that is look it up.
As for supplements, unless you’re significantly deficient in them it won’t make a difference. AI could make your plates open longer, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll grow much more, I myself am thinking about starting AI just for the benefits it has of reduced systemic estrogen, I'm not expecting any height growth, but blasting all these drugs for "heightmaxxing" is just retarded.
"b-b-but people who took HGH grew taller trust me, it must work!! ", these people had pituitary gland issues that literally secreted little to NO GH, and the height they are reaching is STILL RELATIVELY SHORT and WITHIN THEIR GENETICS, they're not magically growing to 6'3 while having 5'7 and 5'3 parents, sorry bud. Users on this forum have no education to be telling teens to blast drugs, you're literally listening to other 16-year-olds desperate to grow taller and they use big words so yall dumbasses believe them and their height-growing routine .
This doesn't mean HGH "doesn't work", obviously if your plates are wide open you may see slight height growth, but the amounts you would need to be taking to "grow" noticeably would literally destroy your face because of the soft tissue growth side effect HGH has, but the expectation that people here have is HGH + all these peptides + AI + vitamins = 6'5!!!!! which is bullshit, sorry to burst your bubble.
If you have tall parents on both sides and you're short af, sure go see a doctor or try taking HGH, but other than that all you can do is try to Sleep well and ensure you're getting a balanced diet, and not having any significant deficiencies in vitamin D, k2, calcium, and protein, oh and uh pray.
