It mega cope, people think HGH will magically make them grow taller by numerous inches when in reality you could be blasting it to a crazy degree and still be limited by genetic factors if you’re like 15+ (assuming your bone age is equal to biological age) you’re going to get 1-2 inches max. Genes are everything. Yes, you can have short parents and be tall, a close friend of mine, has both parents who are around 5'4 and he's 6'1, and his sister is 5'4 as well. Either somewhere in his bloodline, he has tall DNA or he just has recessive genetics, if you don't know what that is look it up.

As for supplements, unless you’re significantly deficient in them it won’t make a difference. AI could make your plates open longer, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll grow much more, I myself am thinking about starting AI just for the benefits it has of reduced systemic estrogen, I'm not expecting any height growth, but blasting all these drugs for "heightmaxxing" is just retarded.

"b-b-but people who took HGH grew taller trust me, it must work!! 🤓", these people had pituitary gland issues that literally secreted little to NO GH, and the height they are reaching is STILL RELATIVELY SHORT and WITHIN THEIR GENETICS, they're not magically growing to 6'3 while having 5'7 and 5'3 parents, sorry bud. Users on this forum have no education to be telling teens to blast drugs, you're literally listening to other 16-year-olds desperate to grow taller and they use big words so yall dumbasses believe them and their height-growing routine 🤣🤣.

This doesn't mean HGH "doesn't work", obviously if your plates are wide open you may see slight height growth, but the amounts you would need to be taking to "grow" noticeably would literally destroy your face because of the soft tissue growth side effect HGH has, but the expectation that people here have is HGH + all these peptides + AI + vitamins = 6'5!!!!! which is bullshit, sorry to burst your bubble.

If you have tall parents on both sides and you're short af, sure go see a doctor or try taking HGH, but other than that all you can do is try to Sleep well and ensure you're getting a balanced diet, and not having any significant deficiencies in vitamin D, k2, calcium, and protein, oh and uh pray.

I agree, with shoes most ppl become like 5'10.5, so they just blend in with others, they're not noticeably tall or short.

how come theres people who grow taller after there growth spurt has happened. "
00:00:00 In this section, the video discusses the story of Rostom Akhmetov, a retired high jumper from the Soviet Union who grew 23 centimeters taller in three years. This was intentional, as his intention was to become a better high jumper, following in the footsteps of his idol."

We know that children treated with hgh and ai are above normal sds, no one claims that they will be 6 feet.

If you are still taller than your father, don't try this anyway, you may be uglier.

People can have multiple growth spurts in their lives, even a period where they stop growing and continue again, I also experienced this, I thought I was done at 17 5'10 but randomly started growing again to a little above 6'2 (note my fathers sides of the family are all tall). Point being his growth was not due to drugs, likely his plates were still open and the physical stimulus of jumping made his bones grow.

Your dad is 5'10 and you're 5'5 I think you'll want to try something

no one bothered to read the growth hormone trials if they did they'd realize the age most of the participants start around 10 years old rather than like 16+

they're basically on it before + their entire puberty, and still only see modest increases.

I understand where they're coming from honestly, but all this just isn't the right way to go about it, it's not really in our control.

Yes, maybe naturally I would grow 10 cm, but with this peptide and AIs I will reduce it to 6-7 cm, there is such a possibility.
At least they help me at the gym

I've read them and still will be blasting HGH in about 2 months at the age 18.
I am 5"6, even a 1 in 1000 chance is it worth it to people like me.

I know the risks and I am still going to do it.

If it even gets me to 5"8 then I will be satisfied.

Stop asking greycel OP for advice lol.

Yeah ur 15 there's hope. Take an aromatase inhibitor to keep plates open, don't need to take HGH unless your growth velocity has stopped.

Fix ur deficiency obvs

Well no fucking shit it's cope , genes is king anything else is mostly cope

elaborate on the jumping
Hes talking about wolfs law, which basically states bones will grow and adapt to physical stimulus placed upon them, meaning more jumping = tells your body you need more height. It’s honestly a slippery slope, wolfs law isn’t necessarily wrong because bones do grow thicker and sometimes slightly longer due to stress but will it actually make you “taller” noticeably? Doubt it.

Well, if HGH works, then heightmaxxing isn't cope. If you grew 1-2 inches from HGH, then you have maximized your height. You have completed the name of the game. I understand your overall point, and I think it's a fair message, as there is a population of people who will attempt to heightmax, do it wrong, not grow, regret wasting the money, and come on the forum and say it's cope. So the vast majority of people shouldn't even try it and most likely can't even afford it. But let's not lie here and say it's cope. There have been too many studies and research done into the field of HGH to say it's cope. You are just moving the goalpost to make it fit your argument.

You act as if 1-2 inches in growth from HGH is something bad:ROFLMAO:. People would spend tens of thousands of dollars to get 1-2 inches taller through surgery that will physically debilitate them. This conversation will never be as black and white as some people want to make it!

No one will spend “tens of thousands” to get a inch of height 💀, that shits barley noticeable.

Also you proved my point when you said “There have been too many studies and research done into the field of HGH to say it's cope” these studies are done in pre-adolescent individuals with hgh deficiency, not regular people with short genetics.

I also said 1-2 inches MAYBE if you’re blasting hgh and have a bone age below 15, which most people here do not. I am simply encouraging people to save their money and their hopes unless they have a diagnosed pituitary or thyroid disorder messing with their hormones.

You search up the cost of actual pharmacy-grade legit HGH in North America and you will see that people have no other choice but to spend tens of thousands of dollars on HGH. BTW, many of the studies have been done in children that are just naturally short, just search up idiopathic short stature and then HGH, and a lot of studies should flood onto your screen. You can't generalize all of the studies into one category because you haven't researched it. And you don't have to be below the bone age of 15 to get 1-2 inches out of heightmaxxing? You could have a bone age of 16 and get 1-2 inches naturally. You could also have a bone age of 15 and not grow at all naturally, while it's highly unlikely, it could happen. I don't think you meant any harm or were trying to fearmonger with your post, but you are being dishonest in an attempt to prove you are right.
