i grew an inch this week using some of the advices that i found in this forum.

ive been on hgh and ai for like 8 months but didnt notice any rapid growth so far.


this week i started doing microfractures and banded sleeping and noticed i was kinda taller by today
measured myself and im like an inch taller than last week

just get some resistance bands and ankle weights then attach the resistance bands to the edges of your bed and put the ankle weights on and attach the resistance bands to the ankle weights and stretch until you feel pressure then sleep

same i grew an inch with hgh. In lockdown i didnt know what looksmaxxing was but I would just stretch my legs and shti cuz i was insecure of my height and also slept like crazy hours so i ended up growing like 8 inches. I think stretching may stimulate the beginning of a growth.

Anyways bro I was chopped pre-lockdown looked like an east european holocaust child and I came out with bigger lips, thicker eyebrows and more bone. Genetic recomb god has blessed me

dont sleep for a day and go get your blood drawn so they can check your somatomedin c levels then when you get the results, since you probably gonna have low igf1 from not sleeping the night before, go to the endocrinologist and show him your results, they gonna most likely say you got a gh deficiency and prescribe it to you
