Height: 174 CM
Weight: 66-69 kg
Bodyfat: 12%
BMI: 22.1
Tanner Stage: 3.9-4.2
Parents Height: Dad 178 cm, Mom 160 cm, Grandpa = 190 cm (probably won't matter)
Posture: bad to mid (fixing later)
Shoe Size: 43 EU


Compounds (Keeping it Simple)
8 UI HGH, everyday before bed - high quality source, 3$ per 1 UI :feelswhy:
6.25mg Aromasin, every morning - high quality source

Supplements
cant be fucked with calculating exact doses but just expect all these to high in concentration and dosages.
Vitamin D3 - daily
Bio-Magnesium - daily
Omega-3 fatty acid - daily
Ashwagandha - here and there
K2 (MK7) - daily
Calcium Citrate - daily
Melatonin - daily
L-Arginin - daily
L- Citrulline - daily
L-Carnitine - daily
MSM - daily


Diet
- high in protein
- no processed foods, no refined carbs or sugars
- healthy mix of fibers and carbs
- tons of eggs meats and fish


LifeStyle
There is no perfect lifestyle, therefore I'm keeping it simple
- 9-12 hours of sleep
- activity like fotball, gymming, running, swimming etc
- low stress

Additonal information:
- This thread will be updated and improved going forward
- ill be using this thread to document my whole journey
- i have never experienced a growth spurt only slow and steady growth
- my father grew until he was almost 20 (however i doubt I'm a late bloomer as he was)
- Dream height = 184 cm - 188 cm

Wasting your money on "high-quality" sources + lots of useless supplements and the wrong forms + why no sugars lol +, dm me on discord I'll give it an update

If you stay consistent on this for 2-3 years, then you can reach 185+ easily, BUT ONLY IF YOU STAY CONSISTENT, which is veryl ess likely due to the amount of supplements you're taking

Delete almost all the supplements if you cant afford other things because of it, but id tell you to Blast more UGL HGH and maybe try out bio regulaters. do bloodworks etc. Good luck.
