My stadiometer has arrived and I'm starting my height journey. It will take a lot of money and be painful, but I will stop at nothing until I have results.

My plates are most likely closed. For this reason, GH/IGF will not be the focus, instead the focus will be on bone modulation factors that can influence growth without needing plates.

I'll be honest with my results. Right now I have not gained a single millimeter.

1. Are you of the opinion that, although epiphyseal hyaline cartilage is exhausted when growth plates allegedly close, articular hyaline cartilage remains? I am fully aware of that fact that natty heightmaxxing is simply "not heightminning," and you would need a bunch of biochemical manipulation to get anywhere.
2. I recommend studying endochronal ossification and finding theoretical ways to manipulate each phase. For example, if you find a way to recreate your hyaline cartilage, I would recommend inhibiting osteocalcin to allow chondrocytes to accumulate.

I can't disclose it but one of the first things will be a parathyroid analog, then the other factors will be added in through knee injection.
